Everything You Need to Know

Frequently Asked Questions.

Answers to common questions about working with OCEAN KINGDOM LTD., commodity requirements, commercial terms, documentation and shipment coordination.

01

Getting Started

What does OCEAN KINGDOM LTD. do?

We support international commodity sourcing and trade coordination by connecting qualified requirements with suitable supply channels. Our current focus includes elemental sulfur, petroleum coke, copper ore, beef and selected agricultural commodities.

How do I start working with your company?

Send an inquiry with your company information, role, commodity, specification, quantity, destination and preferred commercial terms. We review the information and contact you if the opportunity is suitable for further discussion.

Do you work with buyers, suppliers and brokers?

We accept inquiries from direct buyers, sellers, producers and disclosed intermediaries. Each party should clearly state its role and authority in the proposed transaction.

02

Commodities & Specifications

Which commodities do you handle?

Our principal areas are elemental sulfur, petroleum coke, copper ore, frozen beef and selected agricultural commodities. Other bulk commodity opportunities may be reviewed individually.

Can you provide exact product specifications?

Available specifications depend on the product, origin and supplier program. Send your required parameters first so that any proposed specification can be reviewed against your needs.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities vary significantly by commodity, packaging, origin, shipment method and supplier. Include your required quantity in the inquiry and we will assess whether it is commercially workable.

03

Pricing & Commercial Terms

Why are prices not published on the website?

Bulk commodity pricing changes with market conditions, grade, quantity, origin, delivery basis, freight and timing. Pricing can only be considered after the principal requirement is understood.

Which delivery terms are available?

Possible delivery terms depend on the specific supplier, product and destination. State whether you prefer FOB, CFR, CIF or another Incoterm in your inquiry. Final terms remain subject to agreement between the transaction parties.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment structure is determined for each transaction based on the commodity, counterparties, banking requirements and final contract. No payment method should be assumed until it is documented in an executed agreement.

04

Documentation & Review

What information is required from a buyer?

Typically: legal company name, country of registration, contact person, buyer role or authority, product specification, quantity, destination, expected schedule and preferred commercial terms. Additional documents may be requested at a later stage.

What information is required from a supplier?

Suppliers should identify the legal selling entity, product, specification, available quantity, origin, loading location, proposed terms and authority to offer the product. Supporting documents are reviewed according to the transaction stage.

How are quality and quantity confirmed?

Inspection, sampling, certificates and quantity determination are defined in the final transaction documents. Where applicable, an independent inspection company may be agreed by the relevant parties.

05

Logistics & Operations

Which countries and ports do you work with?

Origin and destination options vary by commodity and current supply availability. We are not presenting a fixed port list because each requirement is assessed individually.

Do you arrange ocean freight?

Freight responsibility depends on the agreed Incoterm and transaction structure. Any freight or logistics coordination will be confirmed during commercial discussions rather than assumed from the website.

How long does shipment take?

Timing depends on product readiness, documentation, payment conditions, vessel or container availability, loading schedule, route and destination. A meaningful estimate can only be provided for a specific transaction.
